”Room spotless, a/c effective, zero bugs, very clean and well-maintained facility. Staff are personable and attentive. All this at a reasonable price.”

”The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. We stayed as a family of 3. Lovely cold airconditioning in the rooms and some great in ground pools and jacuzzis. If you're up for a walk, a big shopping centre is only 10 mins walk away. The National Museum is next door, which is worth a visit. Great gift shop too! Some small shops near the hotel to stock up on beers and refreshments and a taxi ride to and from restaurants can be arranged for around...

”Disappointing since I stayed there a long time ago. It’s under new management who have not kept up the hotel. The restaurant and bars are closed. The complimentary breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, white toast —no jam, butter, rce jook, spicey rice noodles, picked vegetables, cabbage slaw, Black Chinese tea. They tried to accommodate me with instant coffee and milk. Workers are nice. Basically for Chinese visitors. ”

”The hotel’s location is exceptionally excellent 5 stars for that. It is literally walking distance to cafes stores and restaurants. Within the heart of town. The staff was absolutely 5 stars. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Ms. Belle Ruby Ann and Kate went beyond excellence when it came to customer service. Thank you for making my stay a very enjoyable and memorable experience Will most definitely come back to this hotel. The price too played such a great part in picking...

”The driver hired to take me to the hotel was easily seen. Check in was quick and room ready. Any issue with the Room they addressed immediately. The water was warm for the shower. Bed very comfortable lots of places to store your luggage. The fridge and freezer worked well. Walking distance to the museums and souvenir shops. Lots of choices for places to eat and grocery stores. Beach is not walkable.”

”The place was clean and comfortable. The host was friendly. The area was close to the main street and within walking distance to shops and malls. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d choose the same place if I were to visit Palau again. ”

”Resort is new and modern. Rooms spacious and views fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Downside is that is didn’t cater for English speakers. All tourist info was in mandarin. It is a fair way from the main town but good too explore the north of Palau ”
