”Beautiful location and a very comfortable bed, however, for a 4* rating hotel in quite a small town location, one would expect a more personal-touch type of a customer service. Room was very comfortable but upon closer inspection of the bedroom/bathroom aspects, quality comes closer to 3* level. ”

Clean and quiet, away from the bustle. of the city but close enough to easily access Edinburgh as well as walking distance to the village of East Calder with restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was lovely and offered a nice variety. Try the Haggis, it's delicious. ”
