This 1 bedroom apartment is situated at the 4th floor of building with LIFT. It is located in the heart of the historical city center, in Quartier La Rotonde, only 1min from le Cours Mirabeau.

You will be seduced by the "Scandinavian" decoration style clear and warm at the same time.

The Living Room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people, an harm-chair, two low tables, a flat screen TV with international channels, and a space for a desk.
The big window opens on the superb Rotonde Place.

The convivial modern kitchen in waxed concrete is open on the living room and is fully furbished, (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dish-washer)
All you may need to cook on an everyday base is included (salt, pepper, olive oil but also of course stoves, pans...).
You will be able to eat on the big counter, up to 6 people.

In the bedroom, you will find a double bed (140 X 190), with brand new mattress for a perfect night.
A bunk bed with 2 beds (90 x 190) only open if needed (look like a cupboard if not used) with brand new mattress.
A window opens on a street.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath tube with a great "rain-shower", a bath towel warmer and a vanity unit.

You will be provided with basic toiletries, clean towels and bed linens, a bit of coffee and washing powder, hair dryer, iron and ironing table etc.

You have exclusively access and use of the entire property. You are at home.

The flat, situated in the historical center of Aix en Provence, and has an easy access by car.

The public parking's Les Cardeurs and La Rotonde are only situated 5 min walk away.
