Welcome to our charming 45m² apartment, ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of Aix-en-Provence city centre.
Located in a pedestrian street, it offers easy access to the city's many shops, restaurants, bars and attractions.
It is a stone's throw from the town hall square and its famous market.
Nestled on the 2nd floor without a lift in a building in the historic centre, you only need to climb a few more steps to reach this comfortable and practical pied-à-terre.
Our accommodation includes:
- A living room: A cosy space with a sofa bed, television and wifi included in the price. The windows are double glazed.
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room with a hob, all kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave and Senséo coffee maker.
- A bathroom with a bath, washing machine, toilet and shower.
- One bedroom: with a large double bed, storage space and a desk area.
On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
All household linen is provided (sheets and towels).
To access the accommodation:
By car
The centre of Aix-en-Provence is mainly pedestrianised and the street is located in a lively area. It is recommended to park in a nearby public car park.
The nearest car parks:
**Parking Rotonde** (about 5 minutes' walk)
- **Parking Bellegarde** **Parking Carnot**, also accessible in a few minutes on foot.
The cheapest is the Brunet park-and-ride car park, 3 km away (it will cost €3.50 per day: this covers parking for the car + the bus journey for passengers to the centre).
By bus
The Aix-en-Provence bus station is well served by bus networks, particularly the lines that serve the city centre. From the station, it is only about a 10-minute walk to the accommodation.
By train
If you arrive by train, from the Aix TGV station, you can take a shuttle to the Aix-en-Provence bus station, then walk or take a bus to the historic centre.

This pedestrian street is renowned for its dynamic nightlife, attracting many young people and students thanks to its varied bars and restaurants. There are popular establishments , which are popular meeting places, especially in the evening. The district is distinguished by its charming cobbled streets which add to the authentic character of Aix-en-Provence. Strolling through the area, visitors can discover small shops, cafés and local attractions, while enjoying the lively atmosphere, especially in spring and summer.
This area of the city is also an excellent starting point for exploring other nearby cultural and historical attractions, such as the famous Cours Mirabeau and other iconic squares. In short, Rue de la Verrerie is the ideal place for those who want to experience the hustle and bustle of Aix-en-Provence, with its many entertainment options and warm atmosphere.

Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. You will have the option to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
