”We had a great stay at the Gateway hotel, beautiful gardens and very welcoming staff. Food was outstanding, the Ajanta and Ellora caves a must see and this hotel is a great base.”

The rooms are nice and spacious (we were upgraded to a suite, thank you very much!) and very clean. The showers are excellent, providing hot water at just the right pressure. ”Nice service the hotel is easy to access. The wifi is the problem to connect you need to put room number and last name but the staff never put last name in the database I need to out ABC in my last name to connect to wifi”
”Had issues with my bank and the manager was brilliant in assisting me. Went way beyond his obligations. Very kind. He ended up phoning my wife and son in Canada in an effort to resolve my dilemma. Very stressful. However he was very understanding. Staff were terrific. Lovely place.”

”This was a wonderful relaxing oasis to use as a base to explore the Ellora and Ajanta caves. Staff were thoughtful and efficient from the front office staff to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Food was delicious. A car and careful, thoughtful driver were organised for my excursions. The grounds are beautiful and fragrant with flowering trees and plants and birdsong fills the air. Such a different experience to the normal India hotel stay.”
