”Room as per described in web. No breakfast though payment made was for room & breakfast. The reason we chose this hotel as they provide breakfast & that time was festive sesaon. No restaurant open that time. Not even a single bread from 7-Eleven given as a replacement. Have to walk thru smoking-floor to get to the non-smoking floor. We had bad cough as a result of it as me & my son are asthmatic. Parking less security”

We arrived with paid reservation with all printed documents and they said they never heard of hotels.com and didnt have the room and we should make new reservation and pay again. It took us 2hours to make them admit that we are right and finally make the call to hotels.com and confirm its alright. Then they offered us a poorer room. ”It is really clean and the windows are full height from the ground to the ceiling, so you get a complete view of the mountains. Darvin was very communicative and attentive to our needs.
