”Wonderful hotel! We had the largest room at a top floor. Nice views of the surrounding area and lots of light. Staff is very friendly and really goes the extra mile to help you and answer all questions as well as make recommendations. Their English was very good too. Please disregard all the reviews saying this hotel is far from the station! There are plenty of stations around within a 5-15 min walk so if you don’t want to go to the further one you can always adjust your travel itinerary...

”The service and staff were top notch, and what I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The space felt very regal and fitting of the hotel name. Location was great, close to several subway lines and across the street from the beautiful Hibiya Park. I stayed in the Tower, on a high floor, and the view was lovely, though I was facing the train line so you could hear the train running during the day (not a huge issue since I wasn't in my room much during the day). Bathroom was stocked with lots...

”Nice rooms and good location. Excellent service. Breakfast selection is very limited..and as not buffet style it takes easily 20.25min wait before ordered brekfast is served....not really fitted for business traveller. Also service timing is very limited...7.30 to 09.00 daily....no early breakfast for business days ...nor late for weekends.”
