”Water was leaking in the bathroom. I pointed it out the first morning I was there but nobody came to look at it. Had to bring it to the manager’s attention again that evening. They said they will fix it the next morning. I also called for ironing my clothes. Nobody came so on my way out, I asked them to pick it up from my room. When I returned that evening, I noticed nobody had picked it up. The hallway did not look like it was vacuumed. All in all, very disappointing. Expected much better...

”Clean big rooms. Good breakfast. Room service was fab. Manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Even provided a free shuttle to the airport”

”This as a duplex, and the size of the lounge was large so it was great. Kitchen had no utensils at all, so luckily we borrowed from family we were visiting. Rooms were good, but the smaller twin room’s bathroom smelled of you left the fan on, otherwise it was ok. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Worth the stay spacious especially as there was 3 of us with 4 suitcases, 3 carry on’s plus hand luggage. ”

”Very bad hotel to stay. Not maintained at all. We saw hairs on the bedsheets. They gave another room and same thing and so gave us the 3rd room. They cleaned the room thoroughly before giving us. This hotel was supposed to be the best but now the worst. Please watch out before booking.”

”Property is located in a convenient locality. But property has created a Brewing hub but its not properly equipped with the Electric kettle.. its not cleaned and difficult to use. A suggestion would be to place an induction stove and vessel to heat water and milk. There could be small sealed milk packets to be used with hot coffee and tea. These won't cost much but can be done to make this better.”

”At check in hotel staff scanned passport for both of us and took pictures although receptionist called at 11:30 pm at night disturbed our sleep and asked me that they still waiting for other person to provide Passport, however i told them at check in i already provided them both of ours passport and receptionist said she called wrong number.. Bedsheet was dirty look like they never changed it after previous guest checked out, there was no hot water in morning and cable tv wasn’t working only...

”Linen wasn’t properly cleaned. Because of bleach on sheets, my body was itchy all night long. Blanket was smelly, wasn’t washed. Bathroom lock wasn’t working. Staff and Breakfast was ok.”
