”I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the...

”Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

”It was a goid stay- beds, linens and towels exceeded my expectation. Breakfast was good- i loved that the hostess made the waffles. 24 hour coffee and ice water in the lobby also exceeded expectations. Plenty of free parking.- you do need to have your own transportation, the only non iimdustrial place within a bad weaher walk was a VFW.. They also need some flooring updated in the kobby and elevators.”

”Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. I was there on a Friday night and it got very loud in the lobby at around 11:00 PM. you stay on the 1st floor, it can be noisy.”

”The room was perfect with the common area and two separate bedrooms each with full bathrooms. The only downfall was the hot water. It took over 25 minutes to get water warm enough to shower, but by no means ever actually hot enough to enjoy. The hotel knew that they had a problem but were not forthcoming about it. I felt I really should have been offered some compensation for the water being frigid! Burrr”

”When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!”
