”Cleaning staff great, front desk poor to average, dining was terrible due to construction and food pricing for what you got. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Front desk slow to work with you when there was a problem. Food they charged you double what you could get at a waffle house or bob evans for less to same quality. The pool was terrible to ok. Had a random dirty sock and dog toy left in their pool for several days. Sauna not working several days...

”The shower head was leaking water when you switch it over to the shower setting. It most likely needs a replacement. Other than that, the room was adequate. A good stay for one night.”

”Places, dirty rooms are horrible. Bed is completely uncomfortable. The service there was amazing. I will say that the lady counter in the evening shift was awesome. Checking in.However, on the other shift she was slower than anything had ever been with in my life”

”The holes in the wall were stuffed with toilet paper the elevator didn't even work to the third floor and they said the doors to the each floor was locked and were even locked to be safe”

”Very loud hotel as the doors are very thin and not like typical solid doors! They put me in a room beside one ot the hosekeeping closets and rmthey would be making noises at 7am sharp daily! Be careful which end of the hotel you are on !”

”Best experience ever, staff was amazing, kind and with smile.Room was exceptional clean.Room temperature was appropriate .Coffee and hot water in dinning was available at 7 am before breakfast serving time .Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.”
