”Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

”The room was fairly clean there was some paint chipping in the bathroom and cracks on some of the walls . The beds were very comfortable and the Breakfast was ok the pool area was a little dirty and hair everywhere. The staff was very nice and friendly. Very quiet at night for a packed hotel. Overall a pleasant stay for a weekend vacation.”

”Cleaning staff great, front desk poor to average, dining was terrible due to construction and food pricing for what you got. The cleaning staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Front desk slow to work with you when there was a problem. Food they charged you double what you could get at a waffle house or bob evans for less to same quality. The pool was terrible to ok. Had a random dirty sock and dog toy left in their pool for several days. Sauna not working several days...

”Rooms were dirty - first one had a Christmas tree in the corner and glitter on the floor in April; second smelled strongly of weed. Bathtub in third room - where we ultimately slept - had mold around the faucet inset. Breakfasts were awful. Hallway floors were sticky.”

”The first room water on the floor and tub was peeling and smelled like smoke. Moved to the second room, the bedspread had spots on it (she exchanged it). The toilet was running, so I let her know and no one came to fix so listenedto that for 2 days. The tub was peeling”

”The sink had hair in it from someone shaving. The beds are so high off the floor that it's hard to get on them. Only one chair in the room and their was two off us. The bed spread had cigarette burns. Not as pet friendly as it should be, no place to take your pet to do their business. Only stayed one night instead of three like I reserved.”

”Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...

”I drove over 7 hours. Rented 2 rooms. When entering the room 1 smelled like sewer, the other one looked like it wasnt cleaned. Pool was closed apparently they don't have maintenance working on weekends. Breakfast area is spacious but food wasn't very tastefully. Had to go out and get food somewhere else. Location is great stores and restaurants near by. ”

”The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel radiated a homey vibe with beautifully designed common areas that invited you to sit, relax, eat, or have a drink. Rooms were big, comfortable, and clean. Bedding was also very clean and comfortable. Desk with wired internet was available as well.”
