”Overall a very pleasant 9-night stay at Kremlin Palace with my girlfriend in September. Pros: the facilities were great and food and drinks are excellent. I think they managed to make the buffet thing work well in these Covid times (many thanks to the great people who have to both cook and serve the food!). Service was mostly good, although not all staff spoke English. Rooms were cleaned every day although sheets were not always changed. Also, we received 2 fruit bowls and 2 bottles of wine in...

”Room was very clean and staff were always smiling and very helpfull all around the clock, it didnt matter if it were 8pm or 4 am, always with smile and good attitude. I was there for 3 weeks and it was best time of my life. Going back again. If I want to complain about something, its that theres too good food, I gained about 10 kilos on my trip.”

”My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. The breakfast was wonderful, the spa was amazing and housekeeping was on top of things. We walked to many of the really nice cafes and restaurants during our stay. It feels like a nice quaint neighborhood. Taxi drive were not bad at all but were needed if you wanted to go outside of lara and into Old Town or the resturants at the resorts. Other than that we enjoyed our stay! Thank you.”

”Huone oli tosi siisti ja mukava! Miinuksina aika kova liikenne ja aamupala ei ainakaan näin ei-sesonkiaikaan ollut buffet. Ihan maistuva kuitenkin! ❤️”

”Very clean, friendly staff, good location.”

”Siisti ja rauhallinen hotelli. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamupala. Palvelu oli hyvin ystävällistä. ”

”The staff were AMAZING! Very helpful and friendly. They helped us to find our tour agency. I really appreciate their support and service! The Moon City is very clean and beautiful. We had a wonderful time during our trip to Antalya in Moon City. We will comeback to Moon City when I visit Antalya again.”

”From the moment we stepped off the elevator onto the dirty, stained, musty smelling carpet on the way to the room, hopes of a enjoyable experience were eliminated. The room reserved through expedia was not the room described. The room was very small, too small for 2 adults, no area for luggage, and an A/C system that turns off everytime the patio door is opened. The curtain rod was tied to the open clothes rack because it was pulled off the wall, dust webs in the corner of the room from not...
