The Space:
Villa Nea Gi is part of a unique sea view project named “Olive Stone Villas”. It is located high above the bay of Paleros, surrounded by olive groves, with the peaceful beach of Pogonia close by and within walking distance. The amazing colour of the Ionian Sea, being complimented perfectly by the lush coloured backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains, gives a unique experience to be remembered.
Built in 2021, the villa offers the perfect home from home, designed by top architects, it has achieved its goal of showcasing the amazing surroundings and scenery whilst giving the luxury and comfort to fulfil an enjoyable and peaceful vacation. Villa Nea Gi will allow dreams to be realised and ensure long lasting memories of a beautiful and relaxing holiday.
The villa has been created in two parts, the main villa consisting of the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge, and a further two guest bedrooms are divided from the villa by a decked external living area.
The master bedroom offers amazing views over the bay of Paleros , the serenity of the Acaranian mountain range and the glistening of the sea. With a large double bed and a cocomat mattress to ensure the best sleep you can experience. You will be totally rejuvenated from the hustle of everyday life. The master also boasts an en-suite bathroom with separate W.C, rainshower and stone wash basin. Built in wardrobes give plenty of storage space and a desk area is large enough for a laptop and general items.
The lounge and kitchen have perfect views from the glass doors that run the entire length of the room and open out to the external areas and the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the all the essentials required, coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The lounge offers seating where you can watch the sunrise and dream of the day ahead, read a book or watch the latest films on the 50" TV. A teak dining table is placed near the glass doors’ making an incredible setting for evening meals.
Enjoying the unique Greek Authentic cuisine served with a glass of chilled wine with your company gathered around the large external dining table is an unforgettable and unique al fresco dining memory.
An inviting, glistening pool at Villa Nea Gi offers a cooling experience out of the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun lovers, teak sunbeds surround the pool enabling the holiday tan to be achieved whilst reading a good book or drinking an ice cold drink.
The two guest bedrooms are across from the main villa. One room has a double bed, the other with 2 singles and both offering a stunning and comfortable nights sleep with coco mat mattresses. A rain shower, plenty of storage space and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops completes the guest rooms. The bedrooms are joined by an area that consists of a W.C and two stone wash basins.
Surrounding the villa, a beautiful garden has been planted with Oleanders and other traditional Greek plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece.
The pool can be heated during the winter months with extra cost. This needs to be requested before booking.

The Neighborhood:
Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas, cafe and a bakery are within walking distance.
At Paleros town at 4km from the villa there are supermarkets, bank ATM's, car, bike & boat rentals, several tavernas, cafe, bars and in general nightlife. The most popular is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.
The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. This can be booked with us at any time.
