The Space:

Villa Theresa is part of a beautiful and serene sea view project named “Olive Stone Villas”. Located high above the bay of Paleros, the villa provides an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate in the tranquil surroundings of the green olive groves and the turquoise Ionian Sea being complimented perfectly by the lush backdrop of the Acarnanian Mountains.

Villa Theresa provides the perfect home from home and is ideal for a family to enjoy their vacation.

The living area has a comfortable modern sofa which faces directly to the outside so you can take in your stunning surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your vacation stay.

Comprising of 2 bedrooms, a large en-suite master bedroom with rain shower, stone wash basin and W.C and the second bedroom with rain shower and stone wash basin. Both rooms have plenty of storage space. Large French doors open out from both bedrooms onto a tiled patio.

The villa also has a guest W.C

if required the sofa opens out to a sofa-bed so an extra 2 persons can be accommodated

At our villa, your comfort and convenience are our top priorities. With Starlink, the satellite internet service by SpaceX, you can enjoy fast and reliable connectivity, perfect for remote work, high-quality streaming, or staying in touch with loved ones.

Villa Theresa has a beautiful external area and during the summer this is where the time is passed. A covered out door kitchen allows for an al fresco eating experience whilst enjoying the unique Greek Cuisine served with a glass of chilled ouzo whilst watching the sun go down.

To cool down, on the tiled terrace is a 3.3 x 4metre plunge pool

The garden is very spacious and is surrounded with Oleanders and other traditional Greek plants and herbs.

The Neighborhood:

Pogonia, a picturesque village located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. Local tavernas, cafe and a bakery are within walking distance.

At Paleros town at 4km from the villa there are supermarkets, bank ATM's, car, bike & boat rentals, several tavernas, cafe, bars and in general nightlife. The most popular is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu.

The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Astakos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. This can be booked with us at any time.

We have our own qualified masseur who is available to come to the villa and give private massages.
