Casa San Francisco on hiljattain remontoitu huvila, joka on lämmin ja kutsuva ja tuntuu aivan kotona. Upeat värit ja kalusteet, upea valtameri, valkoinen hiekkaranta, yksityisyys ja upea uima-allas. Mitä muuta haluatte?


Casa San Francisco on "Hacienda" tyylinen huvila sijaitsee valkoisella hiekkarannalla aidatulla, asuinalueella, Etelä-Akumalilla. Villa on mukava ja värikäs yhdistelmä taidetta ja käsitöitä ympäri maailmaa asetettu keskellä trooppisten puutarhojen ja Karibian rannalla. Sen viehätyksestä valmistuu takorautaparvekkeet ja sisäpihan suihkulähteet. "Se on ihan ihana" lukee vieraskirjaa.



Casa San Franciscossa on neljä makuuhuonetta päärakennuksessa kahdessa kerroksessa. Pääkerroksessa on avoin oleskelu- ja ruokailutila sekä täysin varustettu keittiö. Olohuoneesta / ruokailutilasta nautit täysin näkymä turkoosi Karibialle. Liukusäätimillä pääset upeaan uima-altaaseen ja sen kalkkikiven kannen alueeseen, joka on hyvin kalustettu pöydillä, tuoleilla ja uima-altaan lepotuilla. Rannalla on myös upeita kookospalmuja, jotka sopivat täydellisesti riippumatosiin.



Makuuhuoneet: Yläkerrassa on kolme upeaa ja rentouttavaa ilmastoitua makuuhuonetta. Merinäköalalla makuuhuone on sisustettu kuningas ja on oma kylpyhuone. Toinen ihana vierashuone sijaitsee vieressä makuuhuoneessa, jossa on upeat näkymät merelle, king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Kolmas ensuite vierashuone ylimmässä kerroksessa on varustettu king-vuode ja nauttii myös tyylikäs tiilimuovattu katto ja kaunis näkymä puutarhaan. Neljäs makuuhuone sijaitsee päätetasolla puutarhanäkymänä. Tämä on tilava huone, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta (voidaan tehdä kuningas) ja astella sänky. Kaikissa ensuite-huoneissa on suihkut ja joko yksi tai kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus, ja ylimääräinen täysi kylpyhuone, jossa on suihkulla päätyyny, jossa on suihkulla pääseulasta.



Jos tarvitset lisää tilaa, Casa San Francisco sisältää söpö ylemmän tason guesthousen puutarhan puolella suihkulähden pihalla. What an amazing home

Our family group of 7 stayed at Casa San Francisco. The directions we were provided made finding the place easy . We were greeted by the property manager Guille upon our arrival. She was very helpful in explaining the workings of the property and she also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do the beach justice. Sun rise was my favorite on the back patio. Jorge and Noemi kept the place spotless and were also great for providing information on local activities etc . Jorge cooked for us our last night and the meal was absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic stay!!

Went to Akumal with a family to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday. Cannot say enough positive things about the house and staff on site. The house was well kept and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and worked hard! They took good care of us. The view is incredible, the pool was perfect for our kids to swim in all day. We walked up and down the beach to search for coral and seashells, there was a crew that came by everyday to clean up any seaweed that was washed up. They provide water, and beach towels for your family, and make sure you have enough. There is someone that comes and cleans the pool and patio every morning. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Everyone loved the stay here, wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for a friend vacation!

This house is awesome!! We were a group of 10 including some couples. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of privacy. The outdoor space is great, offering a great pool and a mix of sun and shade. The views of the beach are great too. The beach itself is a bit rocky, but we went in with shoes on and used kayaks every day! The house manager was great for arranging out meals with the staff, and the food cooked was amazing. The concierge was very helping in helping us arrange airport transportation, a trip to the cenote, and trips into tulum. The house is about a 30 minute walk down the beach to Akumal, but the town is very small. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space, great views, and great food, you won’t regret booking this place.

Casa San Francisco was a dream! The house was absolutely a magical experience.

From the first day there, we knew we could trust Gia and the whole family that would be coming in and out of the house for cleaning, and we never worried a bit about it. It felt like extended family with them taking care of us. When we had them make dinners for us, they’d ask us specifically what types of things we’d like and they were accommodating by making soups, chicken, and fish. And I can’t forget the guacamole they made fresh, it was amazing. Outside are plenty of deck chairs and even snorkels, fins, and goggles for snorkeling off the beach. The little touches all around the house made it special, like a bunch of sunscreen, games, books, and very quiet AC units in all the rooms. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Gia. It was so nice to spend the week in the house! Fresh bottled water and cabnitrey items, Essentials in the pantry. Tupperware. Meals cooked were amazing. Great central location from Tulum, where we went out for dinner and sightseeing, as well as to Playa de Carmen. I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful house, Great experience

Casa San Francisco is a beautiful house. The pictures simply cannot convey the beauty of the porch, pool and beach views. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house accommodated us all nicely. The shoreline is a bit rocky, but water shoes helped a lot. My daughter and I both used the kayaks and snorkeling gear in the bay and were amazed at the wide variety of coral and tropical fish just a short distance from the shore. The house staff were fantastic; they took care of everything and made sure our vacation was a wonderful experience. And the staff prepared meals for us in our kitchen that were simply wonderful. It was a great treat to eat delicious, fresh food at home at a huge dinner table. If you want to get out, there's a fun little restaurant a short walk up the beach with excellent fresh fish, and even a pool for the kids. It was nice for a change, but the meals prepared at home by the staff were always the best. We recommend getting a rental car - the concierge can have one delivered to the house. The house is nicely stocked, but you can buy almost anything you can think of at the larger of the two supermarkets in Tulum ( go to the one on the east side of the highway), but you need a car to get there. This is definitely a 5 star vacation home.

Bliss on the Beach

We stayed at Casa San Francisco for a week with extended family. We were 3 couples and 2 singles. The house was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, charming, roomy and with all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The design of the house, the decor and the kindness of the staff made us feel like we were staying at the home of friends. The house is beautiful and comfortable without being stuffy or ostentatious. We had three meals prepared by Jorge and Nomi, and the food was plentiful and tasty Mexican home cooking. You can actually snorkel from the beach right in front of the house, and see many colorful fish. It’s very close to Akumal center where there are good restaurants, a fully stocked market, an ATM and a dive shop. Since we were there to relax and mostly just enjoy the pool and the beach, the location was perfect for us. We felt completely safe in the house, which is in a gated neighborhood staffed 24/7 by a guard. The only very minor critiques I have are that the pillows on the beds are flat and not high quality, and the water pressure in the showers is not strong. But these are minor issues and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our stay.

Great House on the Quite Side of Akumal

The house was perfect for a quiet and relaxing family vacation. Centrally located, this house was a short drive from all of the stuff we wanted to do (Mayan ruins, Cenote swimming, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Turtle Sanctuary in Akumal, golf, etc.). Every day included snorkeling off of our own beach, lounging by the pool and just plain R&R time. This is a quiet location in a gated community with good security (they patrolled the beach regularly). The house is well maintained and the staff are friendly without being obtrusive. Definitely worth the money spent and we highly recommend Casa de San Francisco.

Fun Times with Family & Friends

Idyllic location on the beach; pool/patio space allows you to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. House has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Bonus: At night watched turtles coming onto the beach to lay their eggs; did require patience and ninja level stealth so as not to distrub. We will be back!

Just AMAZING!

From the moment I entered the house - I was super impressed. Yigi (the house manager) was there to welcome us and show us around. The view from this house are just breathtaking!! The house is perfectly designed and has so many full baths that everyone in the group can have a personal one!! The kitchen is big and spacious with all the necessary items there. The pool is just amazing surrounded by the palm trees and the view of the ocean never gets old. My family had so much fun that we were planning to book the house for next year too! Staff was amazing and worked hard to make you stay comfortable and relaxing.

All is well in Akumal

We stayed in July 2020. Directly on the beach, the home contains five air-conditioned, large bedrooms each with an en-suite: first floor-two twin beds and one day sofa; second floor-three bedrooms with king beds; casita -queen bed. The kitchen is small but well stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The living and dining room are adequate size. There is a TV in the LR. There is a pool outside the back. There are also kayaks available to take into the water. The house has a manager, a maid, and an outside caretaker. They work everyday except Sundays.The caretaker and his wife double as the chefs should you wish them to prepare any meals.We had 4 dinners prepared that were local cooking and extremely delicious. You pay them for their shopping and for their service. We highly recommend them. We were able to find a snorkeling tour, as well as, a fishing tour. There are a few restaurants open nearby that serve delicious Mexican food. There is a Walmart on the way from the airport where we stopped. There are also small stores in the neighborhood. High points: The house manager is very friendly and efficient. She speaks English and Spanish. She is knowledgeable about the area and can arrange many activities as long as they are open in this COVID time. The maid is nonintrusive and very efficient. She will do your laundry for a fee. The caretaker arrives early to prepare the pool and grounds areas.The house is in a small beachfront, gated community with a security guard that walks the beach. The wi-if worked well for us. Inconveniences: The LR television was not able to find the dish site. It was not fixed during our stay. There is a TV in an upstairs bedroom which worked. There was an influx of seaweed on the beach, and the entrance to the beach is rocky so wear your water shoes and take the kayaks out. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful home and host team!

My family of 10 (ranging in age from 53 to 1) had a fabulous stay at Casa San Francisco! Quiet, secluded, yet within easy distance to many sights - most notably for my family were the archeological ruins throughout this region - a perfect home base. And downtime at the home with the pool and beach were just as great! We were cared for by a special team of lovely house staff - Guille, Naomi, and Jorge - who made our stay over the top special. We hope to return soon and find this little gem of a home as beautiful as we left it.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Wonderful private and peaceful location with easy driving access to Akumal, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We had the best time and the house keepers, managers and chefs were all so welcoming. Would love to make it back one day.

The Pool was a Gift when weather turned windy

We had a great week's stay at Casa San Francisco. We were 9 people (grandparents, children, and grandchildren 4,7,7.5, and 10) HIghlights: snorkeling, kids using the pool all day, Naomi and Gorge cooking for us, Guille's helpful guidance, sunsets, and time to play lots of games, read, and be together. Funny incident: Ordered groceries on December 31, 2019 to be delivered that day. I was upstairs when they were delivered and was not aware that the ordered 2 packages of sliced turkey sandwich meat had been registered as 21 packages! My bad, but just a warning to check your order and to ask them to let you know when there are substitutions. Needless to say, we left some for others.

Beautiful house.

Beautiful house with amazing fews from the living room and the upper bedrooms. Direct access to the beach is nice. We enjoyed 7 days and could have stayed even longer.

Wonderful home,well stocked and furnished.

Great fun! Wonderful outdoor area and beach access. We had an awesome chef too and massages at the house. The rooms are beautiful, the manager lovely and helpful. The location perfect for 5 couples! With 3 kids.

A great place for our family over Christmas; with a friendly and very helpful staff we all enjoyed!

A wonderful place to spend the Christmas holidays with our family! Right on the beach, where our family spent time snorkeling and paddling with the three kayaks provided. We used the pool (kept very clean), sat around the pool on the patio and enjoyed the view. The place was clean, and kept clean every day, and had all the amenities we had hoped for! Guillet was a superb in making us feel welcome, in advising us, and offered superb assistance when we got in trouble for poor parking in Tulum! Thanks Guillet! The local couple that kept the place clean, also cooked dinner for us three evenings; great local fare, fantastic guacamole and salsa! Highly recommend to get them involved in some dinners! Thanks Jorge and Naomi (spelling?)!! In all, we were very happy with the choice of Casa San Francisco, and highly recommend it!

Vacation Paradise

Excellent home - looks just the the pictures. The view is incredible and just a few steps down the beach is a very sandy area where there are no people - your own private beach! We are a group of 8 adults and 3 children that stayed at Casa San Francisco for 10 days - it was a fabulous vacation and we hated to leave. Highly recommend having staff cook fo you (especially Mayan Chicken). Staff is lovely and look after the place so everything you need is there. Guille the manager checked with us most days to see if we needed anything - absolutely wonderful staff. Cannot say enough about this place and hope to go back.
