”lets just start with one word, STAFF!!!I have never stayed at any resort anywhere in the world with such an amazing staff, this was my first time and definitley will be back because of them, is it everything ?no , what can be worked in is the beach loungers , they are horrible and old , need to be more comfortable on that beautiful beach, second the pools need some work , and lastley the food at breakfast was not good , always look forwars to breakfast and had to settle with pbandj sandwich ,...

”What a gem. Have stayed here about 5 times over the last 10 years. Beautiful ocean views. Easy access to the water. Pictures of property stand up over time. Staff are always great. If you can afford the up grade, I’d always stay in one of their ocean view rooms. It’s worth it. Affordable overall but you do need to be able to walk to dining locations or have a car to drive. Really close to akumal bay where you can snorkel, shop, eat. This reminds me of what Tulum use to be like before it...

”We just spent a week here and had 3 of the swim up rooms. THEY'RE AWESOME. Bring shoes for swimming in the ocean, the sand is sharp and hurts. The pools were nice but they need more chairs around them. Head down to the beach - there are open chairs and bars there. The restaurants were good. The rooms had AC. They are a bit stingy with the AC in the restaurants.....we were sweating more than once. Also, reserve your spot at the restaurants before your trip, there's not much availability...

”Varasimme hotel Sireniksen kolmen yön vierailun ajaksi marraskuussa. Hotelli oli hinta/laatu suhteeltaan pettymys. Varsinkin, kun hotelli mainostaa itseään viiden tähden hotellina odottaa mielessään tiettyä tasoa. Huone itsessään oli erinomainen. Siisti, uudistetun oloinen hyvä sänky ja tilaa riittävästi. Huoneen minibaarista löytyi vain muutama juoma ja sitä ei täydennettt vierailumme aikana. Huoneesta oli jonkin verran kävelymatkaa kaikkialle, tämä oli tosin tiedossa majoitusta...

”Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. ”
