It's equipped with 10 megas speed WIFI, smarts TVs with Samsung channels and online stream (using your own account), washer and dishwasher machines, drying rack, one king size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room. There's a swimming pool and an elevator in the building.
if you would like the "All Inclusive" at Grand Sirenis Hotel, you can purchase a day or night pass. Rates vary by season.
The best way to get around and have acces to all the region has to offer, is by rental car, but you can also use the colectivos (White vans, public transportation) that run north-south-north along the main road between Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum and combine that with local taxis or walking depending of where you're going.
The center of Tulum is located 25 Km south (20 min) and Playa del Carmen is located 36 Km north (30 min) making the location perfect between the two cities and within many adventure parks, cenotes, lagoons, archeological sites beaches and many other attractions along both ways. Chichen Itza Archeological site, one of the new 7 wonders of the world, is about 2 hours away by car or tour bus.
For extended stays of 28 days or more, there will be a US $100 fee per month or prorated towards electric consumption to be paid to the owner upon arrival.
