Fantasea, upea Oceanfront nykyaikainen huvila lähellä Akumalia!

  • Tämä 3-kerroksinen moderni hiljattain rakennettu huvila on kaikki. Kaikissa 5 sviiteissä on valtamerien näkymät, joissa on suuri piilopaikka liukuva lasiovet, joten voit kuulla valtameren ja tuntea tuulen; tai jos valitset, nukkua hiljaisessa ilmastoidussa mukavuudessa. Kaikissa talossa on suuret erkkeri-ikkunat, joilla on eri näkymät rannikolle.

    Huvilasta on 2 kävelymatkan päässä, etelään nimeltään Aventuras Akumal beach, jossa on paras hiekka ja siellä pieni rento rantabaari.
    Se on noin 7 minuutin kävelymatka rantaa pitkin hiekkarannalle.


    Ensimmäinen kerros on täydellinen paikka kaikille vieraille kerätä ja suunnitella päivävaihtoehtoja ollessaan lomalla uima-altaan äärellä tai avoimessa keittiössä / ruokailutilassa. Tässä kerroksessa on king-sviitti, joka avautuu uima-altaalle, josta on upeat näkymät Karibialle.

    Kun on aika päästä sänkyyn, siirry hissi toiseen kerrokseen ja katsele elokuvaa tilavassa tv-huoneessa tai istu takapihalla sohvalla ja katsele aurinkoa alas. Tässä kerroksessa on 1 king-sviitti ja 2 queen-sviittiä. Kaikissa huoneissa on sadesuihkut ja kylpyammeet, jotka liotavat päivän lihaksia.

    Kolmannessa kerroksessa on master-king-sviitti ja tv-den sekä pieni kuningatar-studio, jossa on terassi pääsy isossa kylpyhuoneessa. Lisäksi on pieni jääkaappi pienessä keittiössä, jossa on ruokaa, kahvia ja juomia, jotka estävät sinua menemästä alimmalle pääkerrokseen. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on valtava kannella pois makuuhuoneessa uskomattomat näkymät merelle ja viidalle.

A great vacation at Villa Fantasea

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of eleven (two families) had a wonderful stay here. The location is quiet as you’re in between two beaches - it’s a relatively short walk to either beach, although neither one feels like you have your own space to take due to the resorts or homes there - and we felt safe. The villa is large, very clean, and the beds are good. The groundskeeper and housekeeper couple were wonderful - amazing service, super friendly, and via Google Translate, able to communicate well enough. The pool was used and enjoyed a lot. We did the sailing excursion (Robinson tour) and a day at Xel-Ha (water adventure and eco park) and Kantun-Chi (series of five cenotes) and loved them all. Tulum is a short drive away to see ruins, Paradise Beach, etc. The Chedraui grocery stores in Playa Del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras and Tulum were all safe bets for us. Be mindful of water and food cleaning procedures as our group did become affected by local bacteria - bring your travel medication, Imodium, Gravel, etc. The communication and service from Akumel Villas was prompt and always helpful. Thanks for a great week!

Memorable Vacation

This vacation home was fabulous and was able to accommodate all our family and friends. The property mangers were outstanding, having fresh fruit and orange juice for us every morning as well as making sure our rooms were clean every day. It would be helpful if the elevator was in working condition. The 3rd floor also needs an extra restroom and shower to accommodate the single bedroom rather than sharing with the master suit. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again.

The caretakers are wonderful warm caring people that leave the house exceptionally clean and maintained while respecting your privacy and making you feel at home. Every morning we drank Mexican coffee and ate local pastries as we watched the sunrise from the ocean, explored the rocky tide pools and snorkeled among the amazing fish ridden reefs directly in front of the house. We walked the sandy beaches to all the happenings in akumal and took the 15 minute drive into tulum to visit our favorite street vendors. Every night we finished with a sunset roof party and then a romantic drink with my wife as we watched the distant cruise ship sail bye. This truly is our dream home.

Fanstasea not so good...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pool and jacuzzi look beautiful... but both are so cold that we couldn ́t use then not even once. So every day we had to go to a beach club so we didn't really enjoy the house. The view is stunning, but due to the impressive wind, you can't stay at the garden.The wind was cold and very disturbing. One chair finished in the pool! It was impossible to read outside because of the strong wind. The house is confortable and it is exactly as the pictures shows it. Clean. Very spacious. 5 great rooms and one very small room without bathroom. The managers were very kind and effective: the got us more dishes, glasses... every thing the house did not had. The room at the 3d floor is great, but it has too many stairs and the bathroom and wc don ́t have a door that separates it from the room; so is kind of uncomfortable. Moises and Estrella make the minimum necessary, we had to call the manage .It is a VERY expensive house for what you really get.

Beautiful House but needs a little work

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the house was in a great location overlooking the beautiful ocean. The pool was great, but it was very narrow (no room for diving). Moises and Estella were the best part of the house. They were king, accommodating and just overall great people. It was hard getting a shuttle to the house because there is no house number. The individual rooms in the house has air conditioning, but the community areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, upstais lounge areas) did not have AC. We were there in August and it was truly hot (and I don't mind heat). We couldn't congregate as a family in those areas unless it was real early in the morning or later on in the evening, when we got a bit of a breeze. There was only one television in the entire house and it was upstairs in the lounge area and there was no AC in that area, so we couldn't relax or wind down there. The house would benefit with AC in the entire home and televisions in the individual rooms. A washer and dryer wold also be great! We were there for about 1 week and a washer and dryer would have come in handy. Overall it was a great house and we had a great time.

Amazing house with great views!

When we arrived, we were surprised to find that the house was even better and larger than it looked in the photos! A highlight was watching the sunrise from bed each morning - a spectacular view over the ocean.The layout worked well for our group - we had a parent with limited mobility who took the 1st floor room, so there were no steps for her to navigate between her room and the main eating and dining areas. Unfortunately the elevator was out of service, and navigating the stairs to get to the 1st floor (entire floor above ground level) was too tiring for her to leave the house during the stay. In the future, we'd verify that the elevator works so she can enjoy the area more. The second floor has three bedrooms, which were excellent, clean, and had amazing views. The third floor has a suite with bathroom, and the "sixth bedroom". This was the only unfortunate part of the layout - the only bathroom this bedroom has access to is a 1/2 bath on the 1st floor. The description implies that it can share the 3rd floor bath, but that bath does not have a door between the bath and bedroom - so anyone using the bathroom has a direct view into the bedroom and vice versa. It worked OK for our teen, but I would consider looking into adding doors in the 3rd floor bath so it could truly be shared between the two bedrooms.The location was perfect for us - just a few minutes' drive to town, and close to the cafes in Tulum. It was quiet and private, which was prefect for the relaxation we sought. The caregivers went above and beyond in constantly cleaning our rooms and the kitchen, which was no small task as we cooked daily. The manager was available and gave a good introduction to the house and area.

The step outside the elevator downstairs resulted in a few trips. The views were beautiful. Sunset watching from the top deck was lovely. The lap pool was enjoyable. The rooms were very comfortable. We opted to rent this villa to provide accomodations to some of our family that made the trip for the wedding. We also hosted a wedding rehearsal party here the night before our wedding. The house was absolutely beautiful - very spacious, modern, clean, well appointed with spectacular views from all points in the house. I love how the large windows face the ocean and open wide, allowing the breeze to circulate through the house. While there is no air conditioning in the common areas, opening the windows cooled the place down significantly and the room A/C units were nice for sleeping. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the house during the day; the house is fairly close to Tulum, where we spent plenty of time during our stay. The caretakers were awesome: Estella cut up fruit for us every morning and had coffee ready. Mioses kept the place **** and span and cleaned the pool often. They are always willing to help if there are any problems (the circuit breaker tripped once, causing the water pressure to drop, but Mioses had it fixed in about an hour. The property manager, Rhett, was very helpful in providing suggestions regarding safe ATM locations, shopping locations, etc. We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed Xel-Ha, Xplor Adventures, and Sian Ka'an (some awesome beaches, though some of them are VERY polluted the closer to Punta Allen we got). I highly recommend this place.
