Villa Cascadas Akumalin näkymät ovat henkeäsalpaavia!

Villa Cascadassa on 2000-luvun espanjalaisen Haciendan arkkitehtuurinen sekoitus, jossa on 1700-luvun viehätys ja kalusteet. Ennen kuin pääset tähän ihanaan kotiin, tulet kohtaamaan luonnollisen näköisen, valaistun uima-altaan, jossa on ihmisen tekemä rock-vesiputous. Alakerrassa on 2 makuuhuonetta, joissa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone (molemmissa on suihkut ja toisessa on myös amme). Siellä on myös ruokasali ja iso olohuone, josta on upeat näkymät merelle.

Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, jotka on erotettu ulkoalueella, jossa on kaunis puutarha. Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, oleskelualue vuodesohvalla ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Yläkerran vierashuoneessa on queen-size-vuode, yhden hengen vuode ja oma kylpyhuone suihkulla. Kaikissa villan huoneissa on merinäköala, ja niissä on ilmastointi ja oma parveke.

Cascadan näkymät ovat henkeäsalpaavia! Kaakkois-Karibianmeren upea panoraama on nähtävissä itään ja lintujen ja luonnonvaraisten eläinten trooppinen viidakko länteen. Toisen kerroksen sisäpihalla on riippumatto ja parveke, jolta on näkymät Karibialle. Katolla oleva näköalatasanne on loistava paikka nähdä tähdet yöllä (kyllä, voit itse nähdä ne Akumalissa!) ja et voi voittaa sitä paikkana olla Sunrise, jossa on kuppi kahvia tai auringonlaskun margaritan kanssa. Sinulla on suuri sisäänrakennettu sohva ja pöytä kattotilaan.

Cascadas sijaitsee kauniilla Meksikon Karibialla. Kaunis, uusi merenranta-terassi, jossa on varjostettu riippumatto, on portaat, jotka johtavat hyvin yksityiseen ranta-alueeseen, joka mahdollistaa pääsyn upeaan snorklaukseen rauhallisilla ja selkeillä päivillä. Perfect for a group

First, Armondo and Andrea, the caretakers were amazing and key to a great vacation. The dinners they prepared were DELICIOUS! They took great care of us during our stay. There are lots of separate lounge spaces that are perfect for a long stay with a group. My favorite place was watching the sun come up on the rooftop. The little neighborhood feels quite safe. We rented a golf cart for the week to explore. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect to walk to town, the lagoon or to the Pueblo. We will definitely be returning. Dealing with the property company could not have been smoother. My questions were answered very promptly and completely. The owner of the company came by to check on us and was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Akumal's Hidden Gem

Its truly the best location in all of Akumal/Half Moon Bay. It's has the easiest access to Akumal Beach, just short walk on the ocean side around the bend. You'll hear the waves all day. Have a perfect pool on the shady side of the property. 4 ocean view suites with a/c.The absolute best part of this Villa are the staff Andrea and Armando.They make your stay effortlessly perfect. Their kindness, attentiveness, and overall care take the experience to a whole different level.I'd highly recommend having them prepare meals and truly expperience an emersive Mexican vacation with flavors of their culture. This is our families 2nd stay and we are already booked for next year as well. I offered to book at Akumal Bay Spa and Wellness, which is also amazing. All 6 I asked, preferred the Villa for privacy, the onsite staff, and the overall experience.I highly recommend this Villa as long as the staff... Andrea and Armando continue to be onsite, as they truly take your stay to the next level.

Casa Cascadas was fantastic! It comfortably slept our party of 8 people and was everything we could have hoped. Armando and Andrea were wonderful, kept the place clean, and made delicious meals. Property manager Rhett was also very helpful and directed us to some local sweet spots. Oh, and the view was great too!

Just wonderful and the perfect spot for our family of 7. Better than I could have dreamed of. A gated community very close to restaurants and a big beach. Very peaceful. Thank you!!

A Lovely View Of The Ocean But Needs More Upscale Amenities

The on-site staff, Armando and Andrea, were wonderful with a heart for hospitality and great service and upkeep of the Villa. The location in Akumal is perfect. The reservations and pre-stay experience was first-class. I would recommend that ownership put more funding into the physical attributes and amenities of the Villa. The value for price paid ratio is not favorable. Although the Villa is well laid out and comfortable, it is lacking in some basic needs. Primary example: all of the bed mattresses are just plain worn-out old. The 2 things travelers always want in their accommodations are a good mattress for sleep and cleanliness. The Villa was very clean but the mattress did not exude an upscale feel at all. Some like firm, some like soft, some like in between, but that is not the problem here - they are just worn out. Furniture is lacking an upscale appearance and comfort as well and same with other minor amenities such as coffee maker. Still, this Villa is a very good option for Akumal and our group would highly recommend it be considered for their plans if their expectation for an upscale accommodation are limited.

The breeze of the ocean is spectacular and pool is a dream with the warm weather. Andrea and Armando your caretakers are some of the nicest people we have ever met and they really take spectacular care of you. They prepare wonderful true mexican dishes. Take advantage and have them cook every night for you. Our group of 8 had a once in a lifetime trip we will never forget.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was amazing. The only drawback is there is no a/c in the living area, only the bedrooms. I can’t even really call it a complaint because with the doors open you get the amazing breeze from the ocean but at times it does get hot. Getting to wake up every morning to crashing waves and a beautiful sunrise is unlike anything I’ve experienced. We were greeted with in 24 hours by one of the manager and the caretakers Andrea and Armando made the stay even better. Those two were so friendly and attentive I actually had to hold back tears when we were leaving. Cleaning up after us everyday with a smile and the two complimentary dinners were delicious. Plus they helped to make my birthday dinner a great surprise! I miss them already. The location was great. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants and Akumal bay with no problem. The beach has snorkeling, restaurants and other water activities. You can even rent a golf cart if you like. The neighborhood is secure with a guard standing post at the gate and we felt very safe even walking around at night. I hope to be able to return again. Maybe when it’s not so hot!

We have been traveling to Akumal for nearly two decades and this was one of the most lovely stays we've had. The Villa is beautiful with stunning views. Location is ideal with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the main beach. Caretakers were attentive and invisible at the same time providing a lovely continental breakfast daily and a gourmet meal on two of our evenings for our family. Everything was smooth from our arrival to our sad departure. I'd note that the pre-arrival support which included airport transfers, golf cart, groceries, and massages was outstanding.

Absolutely the best family vacation stay we've ever had!! From the on-site staff, Villa location, amazing food, to the views from every room in the house. It set the standard for our family vacations going forward. We would not change one thing about our stay. All of the bedrooms have ocean views with large glass sliders and zoned A/C units, which means you can personalize how cool your own room is to sleep. The lower main living area, kitchen, dining, and office are not air conditioned, however two large sliders with screens allow you to get amazing views and crosswinds. The sound of the ocean waves crashing all day long will leave you relaxed and truly in a blissful state of mind. You'll enjoy a pool in the front of the Villa with lounge chairs, partial shade and full sun areas. It's surrounded by palm trees and natural plants, and a waterfall into the pool. In the back of the Villa you'll have full sun for those who love to tan all day. You'll have your own white sand area that's surrounded by stamped concrete and shaded thatched roof areas with hammocks as well as an outdoor eating area. All of this above the beach, with steps leading down to the ocean and beach area below. It really offers some amazing outdoor spaces and that doesn't even include the outdoor areas on the second floor of the Villa and third floor rooftop area!! The on-site staff is there 24/7 and are absolutely amazing. Daily you will have fresh fruit and toast included, maid service, and I highly recommend having them prepare dinner (additional charge) You will be blown away by the food and how much food you'll receive for a very small additional fee. They will also take you to the store (small fee) to buy snack, alcohol, anything you need at a larger local grocery store. I highly recommend doing this as well, as it will save you a fortune on overall costs during your stay. Although the beach in front of the house is rocky, you'll have easy access to the nicer beach (Akumal Bay) by simply walking south along the beach for free or walking down the road .25 miles to the pay access (about $5) I highly recommend doing it at least once to snorkel in the calmer waters of Akumal Bay, where you will have the ability to see tropical fish, rays, turtles, caribbean lobster and if your lucky the resident eagle ray or octopus. I truly believe this Villa, on-site staff, and location will leave you blow away and wanting to come back again and again!!

Paradise

My husband, 3 children, and 2 of their boyfriends stayed at this beautiful home for a week! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! The house is stunning and even better than the pictures made it seem! Armando and Andrea were the sweetest and most attentive couple. We would like to make this house a permanent vacation spot to come back to every few years!

My group loved the private pool, the spectacular views, and the spacious rooms, each with private bathroom. The location is the best, walking distance to everything (restaurants, Akumal beach, Yal-ku). Abelardo cuts fresh fruit for breakfast every day! Make sure you take advantage of the home cooked meal during your stay.

Perfect family getaway

We wanted quiet, sea, a pool to enjoy and room to spread out. Villa Cascadas provided all and more. It's near town and restaurants but secluded too. Our grandsons ages 2 and 4 loved playing in the sand of the backyard until it was time to swim. Our 4 year old basically learned to swim in that pool during our stay.Abelardo and Basilia, the caretakers were wonderful. The food was delicious and so convenient to have breakfast and two dinners at our disposal. They were training their replacements, their daughter and son-in-law as A and B will retire soon. Abelardo shared his flan recipe which I can't wait to try--best flan ever.My only complaint was with the management company. There was a note saying they would be there to check on us within the first 24 hours. I had a list of questions but no one showed up. I did get answers via email within 12 hours of sending my questions. Also, I tried to set up meals for our second day ahead of time via the company and was told I had to wait until arrival to do that. These are minor concerns given the satisfaction we had with the property. We would love to return for another laid back vacation.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely family vacation in Akumal and were so happy to have this spacious house and a non-beachside pool (the entire week was quite windy). Abelardo cooked dinner for our big group 4 nights and every meal was delicious. The house is well equipped and has a lovely view, and we really enjoyed our time there. The main drawback during a windy period is that there is no AC in the common areas of the house, so the doors and windows must all be open all the time or it gets too hot. Normally this would be fine, but the wind during our stay was so strong that being inside anywhere near the doors (so the entire living room space and all of the bedrooms) meant being subjected to winds that were like sitting in front of a commercial fan blowing at high speed. Windy enough to knock puzzle pieces off a table, blow books and papers around the room, etc. At night we had to push a heavy table against our bedroom door because the wind rattled the door in its frame, had to prop the bathroom door open for the same reason, and could not leave the windows/doors open for cooling because of the force of the wind. One one of the bathroom window louver panes was missing, which resulted in unrelenting gale force wind noise. As much as we loved the house and had other fun things to do in the area, by the end of the week we were really ready to get awy from the wind. he point upon which the house is built gets more wind than the surrounding areas, so we were thankful to also have use of a condo up the beach where it was still windy, but allowed for sitting out and swimming in the ocean. The wind and wave levels at Villa Cascadas definitely did not allow for that - would not have been safe to swim there.

Wonderful Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying in this villa with her adult children after attending a family wedding in Cancun. Rett was great at communicating and getting back to us quickly he scheduled massages for us and gave us some recommendations. The caretakers were amazing. There was a language barrier but we managed with smiles. The Suites are very roomy and all have beautiful ocean views. We spent a lot of time in the pool and cooking in the kitchen and then adventuring all around Tulum an Akumal area. Stop by the booth at the Oxxo and hire Jose for a private tour to the cenotes & the Tulum Myan ruins. We all agreed this was our all time favorite vacations of a life time. We will be back !!Shary from California.

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our stay at Las Cascadas was amazing. The home caretakers were so genuine and sweet. We did not want to leave! Everything was great. We did underestimate the heat but luckily our rooms were nice and cool. I would advise maybe adding some AC in the living room/ down stairs area. All and all amazing. Definitely coming back!
