”This is a very new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean without signs of wear and tear. The bed was comfortable.There is plenty of parking. The location met our needs.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was understaffed and understocked. They ran out of a number of items. The water dispenser was out of order and there wasn't an option for filling our water bottles. Guests left tables without bussing and the staff didn't bus either.”

”I saw an adult roach in my room and another in the hall. and a small one in my bathroom. They need to spray. I was there for 16 days and never had any room service. Had to request towels and toilet paper. A pipe burst across from my room and my room was flooded. I was moved to another room after sloshing around in the inch of water to pack my things.”
