”The ‘quaint guest house’ was not what we expected, it was, we thought, more like a backpackers hostel. Nowhere on the website does it mention that most rooms are accessible via a steep flight of stairs, after a recent knee replacement operation I wouldn’t have booked this accommodation if I had known. The standard of the rooms was extremely poor; the rooms look nothing like the website. We didn’t book the economy or basic rooms and I dread to think what they were like. We were concerned...
