”This is a beautiful property located close to Normandy. It was a perfect place for us as a base from which to visit Omaha, Utah and Juno beaches, as well as the American and German cemeteries. The Hotel is in an elegant chateaux that has been converted into lovely rooms. We had a suite that was roomy and comfortable, with a great bathroom. Stunning grounds and gardens. A great pool. And the restaurant was over the top. Oliver and John are warm and friendly hosts. Elegant setting, amazing food...

”Absolutely NOT a five star hotel when it comes to the room and facilities, corridors and elevators. Pool was out of order, which was a huge disappointment with 31 degrees, as it was the criteria to choose the hotel. Service was friendly. Breakfast good, but completely overpriced. ”Absolutely brilliant hotel, I do highly recommend here if you are planning on staying in Normandy. The Omaha beach is about 45 minute drive away, and Mont St Michel about hour and a half away. The bathroom in my room was bigger than some of the hotel rooms I've stayed, and the bathtub was big enough for even a larger guy like me to sink completely into. The staff was friendly and spoke very good english, unfortunately for me I stayed on Monday, when the Michelin-starred restaurant was closed....
