Majatalot – Alabama Gulf Coast

”The property was gorgeous. Rooms clean. Valets extremely helpful. Staff was courteous. My only complaint is there are no microwaves on the property. I travel with certain nutritional needs and needed a microwave.”

”The bed was very uncomfortable!”

”The staff was very helpful and courteous from the time I checked in, to the time I checked out. It is very conveniently located to downtown. The only minor thing that I would say was a bit of an inconvenience was that they only had one elevator in service the 4 days I was there. I was located on the 12th floor, so sometimes the wait could be up to 5 minutes. But this would not keep me from staying again if I visit Mobile, Al The one thing that I disliked the most about my entire stay is the...

”The staff members at the breakfast area was very rude and unprofessional. They was complaining to the customers about not shutting the lids on the eggs and sausage. She mumbled under her breath, went to the kitchen and started telling the other staff she wasn't cooking. No more sausage for these people that can't even do what she tells us to do. I stopped and confronted her. She said she had all the right to complain about the people that was not listening to her. I told her she did not have...

”Comfortable bed”

”I loved everything about this hotel. And the employees are so sweet I recommend anyone to stay here. I was 100%”

”Debra was amazing and so kind . Debra new my husband was in hospital and gave me an end room where i could rest . The breakfast bar was delicious and good”

”Great place to stay”

”Very nice old house with beautiful details. This place not suitable for people with moving disabilities because of steep stairs. Our room was located closest to the motorway so the noise of heavy traffic kept us awake at night. If you want a good night sleep ask fir a room somewhere futher away from that road. Walking distance to the city. Note that breakfast in the bistro is not totally free. ”

”We enjoyed our stay”

”This is more of a complaint to the hotel. I booked and PAID for three nights stay but didn’t show up on the first night. Despite having PREPAID for my room, it was cancelled when I checked in on day 2. Imagine my surprise when they were no more rooms like I PAID FOR. The hotel said they charged the first night and refunded the last two nights to Expedia. I expect Expedia to refund those two nights to me ASAP. I do not expect to have to do anything to get this refund. I expect it to be...

”We stayed one night, we arrived a day early for our Bay side stay, wanted something economical and close to the beach for the night. The room was clean. The staff was incredibly kind, we arrived about 11 p.m. I believe. Their check in system was having issues, there was one couple ahead of us but the system finally got him through then me fairly quickly. I would go back again. Nothing glamorous. Bed was comfortable, slept better there than in the VRBO bay side.”
