”The Mountain House is unique. It is truly an old house that has been modified to include rooms and a restaurant. There are about 8-10 rooms in the Main House where we stayed. There is a separate building called the Bunkhouse out back. The room was clean but very small and tight. More so that I thought was possible but we got used to it. ”1661 is a great hotel. It is the kind of place that is homey and calm, an escape from the fast past that can be at block. The staff is caring and very professional. The inn keeper makes each stay personable and welcoming. We have stayed here before and we will again!”

”The room was a nice size. The bathroom had some small square tiles out of their spaces. But everything worked. Breakfast opened later than the posted time. It was the same as all other continental breakfast. Small muffins, coffee, cereal, bagels, cream cheese in a container for everyone to use, OJ, milk, and granola bars.”

”The Village Inn was lovely. Nestled underneath large live oak trees covered in Spanish moss. Pros: Great location. Within easy walking distance of several shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. Convenient onsite parking. Cons: We stayed in room 208 which was on the front corner. The WiFi was not usable. We ended up using our data instead. Ran out of hot water in the shower. NOTE: There is a 27$ resort fee added per day once you arrive.”

”Alexis checked us in and was very helpful when we needed towels or anything for our room. We stayed in 106 and it had it's own private entry way. The only thing was that it was next to the conference room and they did have a meeting one day while we were there and could hear them before the meeting started. We didn't mind that but some people might. The room was clean and neat. The Tavern next door has free breakfast from 8-10 a.m. it was really good and the staff was very nice. Parking is...
