I attended my friends' wedding reception which brought me to Europa Village. This is a beautiful property, but I highly suggest that the hotel provide Inn guests with a dedicated check-in area at the Inn itself.
Accessing the main registration area was challenging. On a busy Sunday afternoon, finding parking was difficult due to the number of day visitors and guests staying at the property. After circling the lot multiple times, the only two hotel registration spots were occupied by cars that appeared to be parked past their allotted time. Walking to the registration area from other parking areas was also not very convenient.
It also feels unnecessary that guests have to drive everywhere around the property. Transportation for hotel guests should be available past 8 p.m. What’s the point of enjoying dinner and wine if you still have to drive afterward? Guest safety should be a priority. A well-lit walking path back to the Inn would be an ideal solution so guests don’t have to worry about driving after drinking. After all, this is a vineyard resort.
