”Charming hotel. Great location. Safe and easy street parking. Although there was someone there when we arrived, it seems staff is not always on premises. Main door and hotel rooms have combination codes which are sent via text. Rooms are lovely: comfortable beds and large bathrooms. TVs with all the streaming apps, coffee and tea station on each floor. No elevators. Reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. ”

It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have.”

”The staff was great and the welcome started with the valet. All of the staff provided excellent service. Only in the south are you welcomed with such a great personality. The location is in the middle of the historic district. The room was spacious and perfect. ”

”First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests....

”Elevators were down, room was absolutely disgusting, roof top bar had to close early, got moved to another room and it was just as filthy! Not the way we wanted to spend our 1 year anniversary night!!!!!!!! Blood and pubic hair all in our shower! Carpet had not been vacuumed! ”
