Toilette und Fernseher funktionierte nicht und die Tücher waren alle schmutzig und wurden nicht gewechselt. Pool war sehr klein

Horrible, be carrefull
The hotel is a disaster. The room îs about 8 sqm, not 18, no hot water, The air conditionner didn t work, IT just blowing. I asked them to give me my money back, and I ve received a part of money only when I called The Police. They don t give me any receipt. The Guy from The reception try to convince us that there îs no problem and try to fool us by ofgering other room with the same conditions. Thos îs not an 4 star hotel. We hâd to find other hotel with all minimum conditions. If you go there you Will regret for paying money for nothing. Don t get full by that Guy!

Hello there; Our hotel is 4 stars. We work with companies from many different nationalities. Necessary controls are made by the companies. You have not logged in on the reservation date. You reported that there was a problem and postponed it for 3 days. We didn't charge for it. Since you said you didn't like the room, we showed you 3 alternative rooms. Although you should have paid for 3 days, you did not pay. Despite this, we regret that we were not able to meet your expectations. have a nice holiday.
