”Just need improvement like need ADA toilet since most of us is tall can’t go down low and the bed and tv set up is in wrong place and tv is small to see should get about 50 or 55 inch all others is fine ”
”My wife and I enjoyed the Westin Lake Mary, while I was there teaching a Saturday workshop and we will be back. The property was clean, we had a nice room. If there is any negative feedback I have is that the front desk could be a little more friendly, and attentive coming from someone who spent over 20 yrs in the industry, and the restaurant hostess needs more training on the restaurants menu etc. but she was very friendly otherwise.”

”The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and up-to-date. My only negative point as a larger person is the bath towel towels are not nearly big enough. But this seems to be the case in most hotels.”

”This was a great location for us as we came in for a party. The hotel is in pretty good shape but you can see some age. They keep it clean and the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good, decent offerings and they keep it flowing. The staff for breakfast are truly amazing. ”
”I really don't even have anything bad to say. We had an issue with our room upon checking in and the night desk guy made it right immediately. It was a rather nice stay. Not a 5 star hotel but man give them a chance because they're trying to be. 😁👍”

”Monica and Candice are both awesome!! They are both always polite and professional.., they know their jobs and always get me check on on time. I like the esa prices, but their smiles are the reason I come back. Other chains sometimes have a snooty receptionist, but the staff here are always friendly.”
