âWe drove here from the airport and parking was very easy. The room was great, had everything we needed and was very spacious. We had booked breakfast but this was a serious disappointment. We waited an hour to be served and quality was low. We didn't even get the drinks we ordered despite asking again. The breakfast service was chaotic. We found the next day that we had been overcharged upon check out and it has proved impossible to find a route to raise a billing query.â
