”It was kind of hard to find, even with GPS. Bathroom is ok and clean. Sofa bed and bunk bed terrible for adults. Breakfast ok: yogurt, muffins, eggs, cerial, milk, juice (Tropical +++), fruit ”

”They have lots of parking and a shuttle service. The staff is pretty good and they try to keep the place clean. This is our third stay there and each time there are facility issues. The restaurant and pool have been closed off for years. This time one elevator was down and both rooms we had were without a working hair dryer. Missing window screens, safes that no longer function, and dripping faucets have become normal here. The fish freezers still work which is one of the reasons we stayed here...

”The downtown location is excellent, the building and my room were decorated with antique furniture of the era, my bed was comfortable, and the linens were good quality. The lower 12" of the room were not so good, with chipped paint, old carpet, and sharp edging on the carpet by the sink. Plumbing worked well. My ensuite bathroom was small, but so were the shared bathrooms. The 2nd floor is reached only by 26 shallow steps, with handrails that don't reach all the way to the top or bottom. Staff...

”Missing blinds on the window coverings. Hole in the bedroom door. Room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Front desk could not find our reservation and when he did told us our room was on the second floor inside. Had to return to the front desk to find out it was outside on the first floor. Paid for a room with two beds. Received a room with one queen bed. Entire property needs a face lift. Expect more for $350 per night.”

”This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.”
