”The staff were very rude I had reservations and was late to check in even though I called them to let them know I was running late. When I got there they had given my room to someone else. They were rude will never stay there.”

”Overall for a quick nights stay it was pleasent”

”Well located, nice and clean room, excellent staff and good breakfast. It really nice that the hotel offers you free bus tickets with them it’s convenient to go to the castles.”

”Nice views from breakfast. Ticket office is close and short way to the castle.”

”Hotel is in a very central location and receptionist was very welcoming. Breakfast was good. The room could have been better, the bed was not the comfiest and bathroom was outdated with the door hitting the toilet seat when almost fully open and the shower head does need an update.”

”Room was excellent and staff was very helpful and kind. Hotels location was also great, just a few minutes walk from the station.”

”Cozy hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant location just next to bus stops for local buses, that the hotel guests could use for free. An easy walking distance also to the castles. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and filter coffee. On the minus side, a rather strong smell of cow manure outside of the hotel and on the balcony. Also, no AC in the room.”

”Sehr schönes Appartement Haus, gerne wieder.”

”Location is beautiful and staff were very helpful. I would suggest a full lake view instead of a partial lake view. The breakfast and dinner were both amazing.”

”A lovely clean room, with a very comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant for two nights, attentive staff, helped translate menu from German into English. Lovely restaurant with a good menu, and an excellent and varied breakfast. Reception staff spoke English which was a great help. Recommended, many thanks.”

”Excellent location in a beautiful village - nice clean room - helpful staff when needed”
