"I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. ..."

"Wonât clean rooms unless specifically asked. Stayed 4 days, asked twice to have the room cleaned - they brought towels and took the trash out- thatâs it. Staff didnât seem to care if they were helpful or not. About half the time they were standing outside smoking"
