”Vierailumme osui hiljaiseen aikaan ja meille tarjottiin upgradausta. Otimme sen vastaan ja saimme todellakin vastinetta rahoillemme. Red-level oli upea kokemus.”
”This hotel looked great already at the web and actually it's location was excellent for us. Also the room and hotel premises were almost more we thought. Room was a bit noisy, but what else could you expect with location like this.
All hotel staff were very helpful and nice.
We also liked Madrid a lot - there is so much to do and to see. We'll be back.”
"when booking the room information said that there was air conditioning, but there was not. The room was really hot, even if we switched the heating first to minimum and then completely off. You could only sleep when we moved the beds to the front of the window and opened the window. Respa ignored our complaint, they just asked us to adjust the heating ourselves. There was a night club next door, so we couldn't sleep much during our vacation when we had to keep the window open.
The quality of cleaning was not good. On a couple of occasions, towels had also been left unbrought. General facilities worn out, e.g. holes in the walls. When taking a short shower, the water flowed into the hall. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was the only decent thing.
