The property is located approximately 100 metres from the beach, easily accessible on foot through a railway underpass situated in the immediate vicinity of the house. An ideal location for those who want to leave the car behind during beach days and reach the beach in just a few minutes.

The true heart of the house is the large sea-view terrace, spacious and equipped with an external dining area, gazebo, sun loungers, and a relaxation area perfect for enjoying a moment of wellbeing after a day at the beach or for relaxing at sunset with the blue sea before your eyes.

The interiors are bright, tidy and functional. The house has a living area with kitchen, dining area and comfortable spaces to enjoy your holiday in a practical and relaxed way. The bedrooms are furnished with a simple and refined style, designed to offer comfort and privacy even for large families or groups of friends.

To ensure impeccable hospitality and maximum transparency, we remind you that the following supplements will be required at check-in (payable in cash or by bank transfer):

​Linen & Towel Set: €20 per person for the entire stay, so you'll find them ready and fresh upon your arrival.

​Municipal Tourist Tax: varies according to local regulations (usually between €1.00 and €2.00 per day per person). We'll send you the exact details before your arrival.

​Security Deposit: may be requested upon arrival as a guarantee for the property and will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, subject to inspection of the house's condition.
