Great location if you wanna be an adorable suburban area near Knoxville ! Lots to do and great places to eat in your neighborhood but just a quick drive to downtown Knoxville ! 100% would stay here again ! ”

”The ownerts were awesome to work with, the property was comfortable and clean when we arrived. We had no issue or problems with anything which isn't always the way it works out with airbnab's. We were close to restaruants, parks and was actually pretty quiet considering we were close to a main street. We'd definitly stay here again and since my kids live here, we will!”

”The room was excellent, bed was very comfortable, plenty pillows, sheets and blankets. The host (James Caperton) was very informative, knowledgeable about the property and kept in touch with us.Parking was free right across the street and there were plenty good places to eat (to many lol…) the capitol ice cream shop is a must try!There are plenty shops and things to do in and around the property.We stayed four days and didn’t want to leave!”
