”Clean room, helpful staff”

”Our second stay in this lovely b and b. The check in instructions are clear and simple, and as soon as you open the front door you are met with a warm, cosy atmosphere. All the rooms are different but equally beautiful, well furnished and comfortable. We stayed in number 4 this time, which was upstairs, overlooking Kingsbury Street. The breakfast was delicious and items were restocked every day. It was so nice to have a full bottle of milk instead of fiddly little packets that always run out. I...

”As soon as I booked in Bridget made me feel right at home.which as a solo traveller I really appreciated. I observed other staff being friendly and welcoming to customers, not in a way that made them sound as though they had to be like that but because they genuinely behaved like that. The room was a good size very clean and the bed was comfortable. The food I had was good too. All in all an excellent experience with a team being led by a lady passionate about giving quality service ...

”I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!”

”All good with room but huge delays with food - told 35 mins ended up being around 75 minutes so quite disappointing and was 10.30pm by time we finished eating, after sitting down at table around 8.45pm. Admittedly it was Christmas and they had a few parties for Xmas but nontheless still disappointing. Food was good but delays and lack of comms disappointing ”
