”The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

”Lovely house. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location. Central to Everything. Spotlessly clean. Everything that we needed. Bed comfortable. Lovely to wake up and see the sea from bed. Great shower with good towels. Great communication from owners.”

”Excellent house -very comfortable , well -equipped and a very convenient location on the main street with shops/ cafes etc close by. Only downside was that the outside space / yard at the back was very limited , and even during the lovely weather we had during our stay, it was somewhat gloomy! However it was only a short stroll to the beach …. Parking not a problem , although limited to 2 hours during the day outside the house , there was plenty of space near the White Lion hotel on the front....

The house is excellent and has everything you would expect of a property in this price range.The location is great, close to Aldeburgh and with easy access to the other local towns and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a nice family vacation in a quiet area with easy access to days out such as Jimmy's farm.”

”Some issues with this property, disherwash door & shower door broken, was resolved the same day. Inside windows are very dirty. Rest of house clean. It has 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs with a bath under the stairs. Doesn’t say it’s downstairs we assumed both were upstairs. Wi-Fi virtually non existent signal on and off during the day NO signal in the evening. Was reported but nothing was done about it, needs a provider with a good signal. Great location house was very well...

”Thanks for a lovely week at Aldeburgh- house is very spacious with lovely outdoor spaces too. This is a great, unspoiled part of England, Southwold and Aldeburgh are both real gems. Framlingham castle is also well worth a visit but if the weather is nice the coast is lovely. If you’re a real ale fan a visit to the Adnams brewery is essential! ”Great stay - location very convenient although views are a little lacking as towards the sea the view looks across the top of a rather invasive mobile home park. Having said that, the house is immaculate and well located for both walking to beach and town, and if you've got dogs, it's brilliant walking right outside the back gate - couldn't have wanted for better! Very pleasant stay indeed.”
