”The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfy. Room was spacious. Lovely balcony.”

”Room was clean but the shower room was so tight, I had to sit on the toilet at an angle. The blinds don’t shut out the light so we were woken by the blazing Sun at 5 this morning. Only plug socket in a kingsize room.”

”We found a proper little gem! Lovely little cottage. Beds comfy, lovely decor, parking is tight, TV didnt work, but we watched DVD's and played games. We will definitely be returning.”

”Great and clean and peaceful accommodation. Good location in the city centre. Good WiFi and communication with the host. Thank you.”

”Rooms were clean Beds comfy Bathroom is very small but worked fine for us, Kitchen equipment well stocked and cream tea in the fridge was excellent! Games were fun for kids to look at Stairs are quite steep, we kept dog down stairs with a baby gate. Such a good set up for travelling with a dog though, little enclosed outside area and then a big exercise field which inlet my six year old walk our dog in by himself as it was safe and close to the house. The farm had some great easy walks straight...

”This property is a truly unique gem, it is full of character and is a fantastic base for an extended family holiday. It is set in beautiful quiet rolling countryside and has everything you need for a slower pace holiday. We loved the hot tub and the extensive garden area was great for the little ones and our dogs to play freely. The house had comfortable beds and was fairly cool even though we were in a 35 degree heatwave! A great find!”

”Brilliant place to stay, being able to walk around and meet to the donkeys, alpacas and the goats was great for the kids. A very pet friendly property and I can’t wait to return and stay again”

”Love the place.”

”Big, clean room that was everything I needed for three nights in York. Was able to store my luggage after check-out. Smooth stay :)”
