  • Lähellä Westbourne Groveta sijaitseva kiinteistö on upea hiljattain kunnostettu studio-asunto Notting Hillin sydämessä.

    Asunto on vain muutaman metrin päässä paljon hyviä paikallisia ravintoloita ja supermarketteja samalla kun se sijaitsee rauhallisella tiellä.

    Liikkuminen täältä Lontoon on helppoa. Se on 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä 3 metroasemalta, ja monet bussit pysähtyvät lähellä.

    Hyde Park on vain reipas 10 minuutin kävelymatka

    Täydellinen jopa 4 hengelle, se on hyvin suunniteltu hyödyntämään tilaa king-size-parivuode ja erittäin mukava, helppo käyttää king-size-vuodesohva.

    Siinä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot ja aamiaisbaari.

    Keittiössä on modernit huippuluokan kodinkoneet, kuten astianpesukone, liesituuletin, pesukone, mikroaaltouuni, grilli / uuni ja induktioliesi. Se sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitset, huippuluokan ruokailuvälineet, astiat ja lasitavara.

    Sohvapöytä muuttuu ruokapöydäksi, jossa on tilaa 4 hengelle.

Really nice stay. Located very nicely between Paddington and Notting Hill. Easy check-in & check-out process. Had washing machine, fridge, full kitchen, cutlery, hairdryer , iron & board , wifi , clean towels. Very nice stay, would recommend. The stairs to front door are steep so be careful especially if carrying heavy luggage. Found it difficult to open the lock with the keys, had to give it a few tries. Not very soundproofed from upstairs, can be noisy and even at night. All of above were minor issues for us and didn’t affect us so would still recommend this place highly.

Excellent location for transportation and restaurants. Great flat for two people. Small but with everything you need. Access to the basement flat it is a set of narrow, curved steps so be careful navigating. David is an excellent communicator.

The apartment is nice and accurately advertised. Was the perfect place for my son and I to spend 5 days watching football matches around London. The neighborhood is excellent and safe. Lots of excellent food options and public transportation options nearby.The host was very responsive when called for assistance related to entry. He also accommodated us dropping our bags before the place was ready. A solid host. Would probably be too cozy for 4 people for a long stay. Just not enough space for 4 people with large suitcases. My rating would be 4.5 but they won’t let me do that. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because it’s a basement apartment and the people above make noise that can be bothersome. That’s not on the host, he can’t do anything about that. The street itself is quiet.Overall, would recommend.

Incredible host who caters to your every need, I asked for an extra heater and it arrived faster than room service on day two ! Perfect spot right in the heart of Notting Hill, steps from the Tube and Kensington Palace. Great place, great host , will absolutely rent again when I return from the USA. Sorry for my English.The apartment was small but comfortable, very well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.The bathroom has a tub and a shower.It has two sofa beds to accommodate up to 4 people; the one we used was very comfortable.It's located in a quiet area with several metro stops within a few minutes' walk, and a supermarket practically around the corner.Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the girl who was cleaning the apartment, and we only communicated with the host through the website because it wasn't necessary to contact him; everything was fine with us.L’appartamento era piccolino ma confortevole, molto ben tenuto e completo di tutto il necessario compresa la lavastoviglie.Il bagno con vasca e anche il box doccia.É dotato di due divani letto per ospitare fino a 4 persone, quello che abbiamo usato noi era molto comodo.É situato in una zono tranquilla con varie fermate della metro a pochi minuti a piedi, e un supermercato praticamente dietro l’angolo.Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la ragazza che stava pulendo l’appartamento e con l’host abbiamo comunicato solo tramite il sito perché non è stato necessario contattarlo per noi andava tutto bene.

Great location. Paddington station, Hyde Park and Portobello Road are all within easy walking distance. There are also lots of bus options nearby for getting around. The flat is perfect for 2-3 people, with all the amenities you will need. Note, there is a washing machine but no dryer, but you can hang your clothes to dry. Also, if you want to cook, you need to supply your own condiments (salt, sugar etc). The host was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very friendly and responsive when we had a small issue with the keys. Would highly recommend this flat for a longer-term stay in London.

Enjoyed the location. Host was easy to get ahold of. Great set up. If you are entering the studio after dark for the first time, can be extremely tricky to find the lockbox which is on the main floor railing before going down the stairs. :)

All you need for a stay in London in a convenient apartment close to all the fun. Great situated, modern appliances and many nice places to eat nearby. Perfect for us that spent most of the time out and about and needed somewhere nice to crash that was close to everything. Great communication with the host also. Would recommend!

Generally the room seemed clean, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and had not been run and the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood and coffee?? The room is downstairs and there was a portaloo blocking all but a sliver of the stairs down the entire time we were there. The portaloo appeared to be for the construction workers working on the flat above which was quite noisy. Qute a bit of street noise as well. The location was great and the host was responsive but feel these other things made our stay less enjoyable.

It is a good location, but the cleaner was too late, we had to wait an extra hour.We are generally satisfied, but the apartment just was not clean, especially the kitchen needs a bit of work. Slept well though and the nearby shops and restaurants are nice, buses abound, relaxed atmosphere.

Prooerty was neat and clean. The items that were not on the amenities were a hair dryer ( we purchased one) clothes dryer was a rack to hang clothes not one with the washer. Towels were not drying over the day for next use. Ventilation in the bathroom had mold developing on the ceiling. Property could use a mirror near an outlet to plug in hair dryer. Also property had only 2 bath towels and a hand towel in the bathroom. Could use another set plus wash cloths.

The flat looks exactly like the picture. It was clean and we felt safe/secure. Just be aware that the picture is essentially the whole flat in terms of space. There is a full kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. Getting into the flat may be a challenge with oversize luggage due to a tight turning staircase. The host was friendly and informative. The area the flat is in is wonderful. There are a ton of food options within a two minute walk, including a grocery if needed/desired. Definitely go to Alley Cat Pizza. The best food I had on my two week multi-country trip. The walk to Notting Hill Gate Station is pleasant, if a bit far with luggage. We were able to walk to Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall in about 20-30 minutes. We had no trouble navigating the Underground to get to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. While not really central to these places this flat did allow us to have a quiet night after we had been out and about.
