"I wanted to stay at Heathrow area within walking distance from terminal 2&3. Beforehand I looked 2 youtube videos how to find Hilton Garden Inn, but still I had to ask 3 times advice from the helpful airport persons. Hotel is old but reasoanbly clean. Breakfast was good, but food could be warmer (add a microwave in buffet area). All in all Hilton Garden Inn works fine as place to stay when you fly late to Heathrow and continue next day."

"I traveled with two of my friends, so we got the Cocoon 3. The staff is friendly and checking in was easy and convenient. The hotel is clean, modern and aesthetically pleasing, both the lobby and the room. I enjoyed the room a lot, and the fact that there are no windows didn't bother me once. The lighting in the room is nice, which played a part in it. The shower acted up a little bit, taking a moment for the hot water to come through but then again I don't know if this actually had anything to do with the hotel. Overall great location, amazing value for such a low price point, good service and a comfortable stay. Will definitely book again."
