”It was easy in every way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It felt like a family. There was plenty of room in the lounge and dining area. Room was a good size. Better than Premier Inn. Free Wifi. Free breakfast. Note to Management: It might be a good idea to put a clearer sign by the toaster - DO NOT PUT CROISSANTS IN THE TOASTER.”

”A simple hotel, which is has easy access by car. Rooms were clean, service was good. They let us borrow adapters from the reception, because we didn't have our own. Breakfast buffet was ok, but it was quite noisy there (a lot of people at the same time and bad acoustics). A good hotel for a short stay. Wi-Fi worked fine.”

”Stayed here afew times as its in a great location . The hotel , including the rooms are always clean & tidy . Beds are very comfortable with a range of pillows . Two downsides to staying here, the lack of hotel parking & the breakfast can be a bit hit or miss, especially when the hotels really busy . Definitely not worth the price they charge £16 , unless you manage to get a deal ! ”

”Hotellin yleistilat nuhjuiset ja epäsiistit, huone puolestaan kaiketi vastikään uusittu ja sisustus oli siisti, joskin ei sopinut hotellin tunnelmaan ollenkaan. Ikkunoista veti paljon ja liikenteen melu oli todella iso ongelma. Yöllä ei saanut nukuttua edes korvatulppien kanssa. Aamiainen oli myöhässä ja hieman sekava, emme tienneet mikä osa aamiaisesta kuului huoneen hintaan ja mikä ei.”

”Lacked charisma whilst it is a lovely building the rooms and corridors looked tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was nice but no personal touches. £10 each to use the pool was a bit poor as a resident I have never paid this surcharge in any other hotel so we didn’t bother. We booked this hotel as it was close to princesshay shopping which was about 3 mins walk perfect. £15 to park there for 24 hours seemed reasonable. ”
