”Nice location , price and ambiance BUT I had three simple questions when I checked in. The receptionist knew the answer to none of them ( had to check ) : would there be coffee in the morning ? Answer No, not til the restaurant opened at 830 am !!!( Old COFFEE Inn ?!? ). Was the restaurant still open ( closing at 8pm ...didn't know what they were serving ). Would the 8pm World Cup match be shown ? ( Mind you there was a sign out front advertising it ). NO, they only put the TV on for England...

”Had questions about arriving on the Queen's funeral day but my message or email were never answered. During Sunday or holiday found it a bit difficult to reach the staff as either there were no one there or phone was off. So I would say communication didn't work the best way. Otherwise no problems, great location, so near to train station and also near to the castle. We walked easily to every place in Warwick town centre and its surroundings. Modest breakfast but wasn't expecting too much...

”Lovely stay at the Clarion Hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, both continental and cooked available and nice Sunday lunch in the restaurant. Wonderful outdoor seating areas to have a quiet tea or glass of wine and chat the night away. But must mention how welcoming and amenable it was for our wonderful dog companion who was treated like one of the family, with his own welcoming pack and greeted like a long lost friend wherever he went. Hope to return soon !”
