”The room was extremely clean and luxurious. Staffing did a great job with the room and having snacks for us after a long day!”

”Nice room. Bed was very comfy. The HVAC was a little, tiny bit noisy. The tv guide an old scroller, which I find pretty annoying. Other than that a very nice holiday inn express. Breakfast was well looked after and food was very fresh and good!”

”Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. ”

”We came here with our almost 5 year old for just a quick one night get away. The room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful and we loved the pool which was clean and nicely heated, also enjoyed the arcade. Plymouth is such a cute area! My only complaint is the bed could have been a little softer. This might become our quick get away go to!”

”The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many...

”This hotel is right on the ocean. So if you want an ocean experience this is for you. It is an old motel, that has refurbished the guest rooms but the motel still has a run down feel to it in the hallways. They do have live entertainment on weekends”

”My Wife and I were kept up all night and they gave us a room underneath the stairs. The gentleman above us was up and down all night from 10pm-3am. It was a horrible evening. Had to go downstairs at 3:15am to request a different room.”

”I went there for a weekend getaway with my daughter. It was a memorable experience. The staff were friendly and amazing. The room was clean and gorgeous. We spent two days at the spa and it was incredible. The services were excellent. The staff were phenomenal. And I certainly must say something about the chefs they bent over backwards to make sure my food allergy’s were taken care of. The food was exceptional.”
