”Room was filthy, mold on the ceilings, all of the bed side tables had water damage. There was mold in bathroom and around doorframe of the room. We saw a mouse in our room twoce and when I approached the hotel on it i was told it was normal for this time of year and to start worrying when i see one of the big rats. The rooms phone didnt work. ”Spotlessly clean with high end bedding and other amenities. The room wasn’t large but the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams made it feel more open. Loved that there was water and coffee available when I arrived as well. Staff even accommodated an early check in. Conveniently, as well as safely located in Plymouth. I could walk to a little cafe and the water easily. So very glad I found this little spot and I would definitely stay again!”

”Pool was closed for repair and we werent notified this was the main reason we selected this hotel. Dont get a room on first floor when upstairs guests got home late we were woken up several times. No workout space. Awesome spot and lovely view. Comfy beds.”
