”Staff were exceptional”

”I’d like to start off with the positives, the staff was wonderful. Easy check in, helpful when needing assistance, easy check out. The room itself was pretty good condition, some minimal issues like marks on the wall and my daughter noticed a stain on the comforter cover. Housekeeping did well with our room turnover on our second day. So no complaints there. But that’s about the end of the positive notes. I am not certain how old this building is but it looks OLD, for such an up and coming...

”The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed! ”

”This place was very clean as well as our room. Our toilet tank was not flushing right and would fill up and overflow. They did come in and replaced the handle which helped but did overflow again after it was fixed during the night. We had to use every towel and they did not come in and clean the room and clean up the towels after we cleaned up the water. I thought the price for a Holiday Inn was a little pricey.”

”Everything was fine with the exception of the bathtub. There was a large crack in the wall tile and the tub was old and cracking which appeared unsafe to shower in.,”

”New building, polite staff but the do not know how to manage the business. Also, this does not have basic hotel services so it is not a hotel. The WiFi had a restriction for two devices per room!!!! The window in a ground floor room dis not lock. ”

”Hampton Inn was always my first choice for short stays when on a roadtrip. However, i have noticed that the accomodations have been more and more disappointing of late The frontdesk staff was great and the breakfast was as good as always. It was the room that was disappointing. The shower had a corroded ceiling tile, the bathroom sink backed up, one of the outlets didn’t wiork and the room was never made up.”
