La Vigna Salentina is a house within a villa, surrounded by nature, with an independent entrance and outdoor spaces for exclusive use.

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests (with the possibility of an extra bed, upon request) and features a lovely outdoor area with a garden, barbecue corner, and private parking.

Additionally, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi and heating, making it perfect for smart working, even during the winter months.

THE POSITION

The Vigna Salentina is located on provincial road 188, which connects the towns of Corsano and Alessano.

The two towns are less than 1 km away, where you can find all the main services (shopping center, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms, petrol station, tobacco shops, etc.).

Additionally, the surrounding area is full of charming paths, such as the "Vie del Sale" (a rural route that connects Corsano to the sea) and the "Sentiero delle Cipolliane," immersed in Mediterranean vegetation and overlooking the sea.

THE HOUSE

The house is about 70 square meters in size, has air conditioning, and consists of:

Two double bedrooms, one of which has a flat-screen TV;
A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave;
A bathroom with a shower.
There is also an extra bed in the hallway.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The outdoor area of Vigna Salentina features several furnished spaces where you can enjoy pleasant moments outdoors.

The veranda is the ideal place to dine al fresco, read a book, or watch TV.

The barbecue area allows you to organize tasty barbecues, while the pool area with solarium is perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours or simply sunbathing.

The pool is saltwater, which is gentler on the skin and eyes. It measures approximately 10 x 4 x 1.4 meters and features a whirlpool function for added comfort and relaxation.

Most of the garden is covered with lawn, and the villa is fully fenced, ensuring greater safety for children and pets.

Finally, there is an outdoor shower, laundry corner, hammocks, and private parking within the property.

The villa’s interiors and pool area are exclusive and independent; however, part of the garden is shared with the owners of the villa, who live next door. They will ensure maximum privacy for you. The owners are a kind and friendly young family, which is definitely an added value for your holiday. They have a separate entrance and independent outdoor spaces, so all the services described will be for your exclusive use.
