”Property is clean, comfy, and has a homey vibe! There were many personal touches, cold water in the fridge when we arrived, a welcome basket, and many locally sourced necessities. Communication with property owner was top notch! Linda was very responsive and even added a last minute request to add a night onto our stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood that is close to all the wonderful activities Asheville offers. ”

”It’s ok if you’re staying for a night, but the property lacks a pool, and any real amenities. The free breakfast consisted of oatmeal packets and nutrigrain bars. The bedding and towels had hair and our bathroom had blood on the wall. The water never got hot so showers were lukewarm at best. Spend a few more dollars and stay at Holiday Inn Express.”

”Ugh. Needs updated. The bed sounded like it was going to collapse everytime I moved. The walks are paper thin and I could hear the folks next to me, as well as EVERYTHING that went on in the parking lot. Great location-it’s really unfortunate that the property doesn’t match the surroundings.”

”While the unit itself was excellent, including in unit laundry, the location was not desirable. It was well outside of downtown, near very poor areas. Located next to a nightclub that played at very high volumes. No free breakfast or even coffee. Parking garage was secure, but at $20 per night.”
