”The air conditioning in our room did not cool well. There was a lot of construction in the lobby. The evening mingle which included 2 drinks was wonderful. Breakfast was great. The check-in time is 4 P.M. Expedia documents showed 3 P.M. I spoke with the front desk when we arrived and was told to come back at 2. It ended up being 4 when the room was ready. Everyone was very friendly. However, it was not quite the exceptional experience that I am used to when staying at Embassy Suites.”

”The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

”This is in an excellent location in Old Alexandria—quick walk to the Metro and an easy walk to the riverfront. Nice, clean, comfortable room with a very attentive and helpful staff.”
