Villetta dei Tamerici is a lovely vacation cottage located just 50 meters from the sea of Gallipoli, in Baia Verde.
The house is developed on the second floor and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, TV, iron and ironing board, electric oven, coffee maker.
In the entrance courtyard on the ground floor there is a parking space and outdoor shower.

dei Tamerici is situated along a series of terraced houses. On the
ground floor a large gate allows you to park your car inside the
property.
In the courtyard, there is also an outdoor shower to
refresh yourself when you return from the nearby beach and come up to
the house fresh and clean.
The interior is developed on the upper floor, reached by stairs. The entrance is a large living room with 2 single sofa beds,
dining room and TV, next to the eat-in kitchen. From the living room
you can exit to the balcony furnished with outdoor table and chairs.
From the living-dining room you go to 1 double bedroom and 1 full shower room.
Air conditioning is in the living room.

Villetta
dei Tamerici is a vacation villa located in the resort of Baia Verde,
famous for its beautiful beaches and fashionable equipped lidos.
The
villetta allows you to reach the sea in a few steps, being only 50
meters away from the nearest beach. The town of Gallipoli can be reached
by car in less than 5 minutes.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
