”Absolutely beautiful house in a tranquil setting. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Fab hosts who were always on hand and checked if we were ok or needed anything. ”

”I enjoyed every minute of my stay. The staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I have to say a great big thank you to the chefs who really took care of my dietary needs with real kindness. I would recommend this lovely hotel in a perfect location and am planning my next visit.”

” Stayed in a double room with Sea view and balcony on top floor, looked as if room had been recently renovated, very clean and excellent view. Anyone taller than me (5'-3") might have problems with sloping ceilings. Floor also very squeaky.”

”The Eastleigh was an easy base for a few days away: two minutes from the pier and beach but tucked far enough up Scarbrough Avenue that you don’t hear arcade noise at night. We rolled in late morning, snagged an on-street space outside and never moved the car again. The room was spotless and practical—ceiling fan for stuffy evenings, mini-fridge with cold water and the check-in took seconds. The Wi-Fi was usable but a bit flaky, dropping in and out, so fine for quick checks but not much more....
